This patient had a gap near the front of her smile where an upper tooth was missing. She wanted a fixed, natural-looking replacement rather than a denture.
As it sits in a visible part of the smile, the treatment was planned carefully with a 3D scan to get the position and appearance right.
The 3D scan let us plan the exact implant position in this visible area. We placed a narrow implant and allowed it to heal.
Once it had integrated, we shaped the gum around it and took a digital scan to design a tooth matched to her others in shape and shade. The final tooth was then fixed securely onto the implant.
